The Assistant Trainers Course is a residential course which illustrates the importance of an Assistant Trainer both in the yard and on the racecourse.

The Trainers Course consists of three modules which you need to undertake in order to apply to the BHA for a Trainer’s Licence, you can take these Modules in any order.

Apprentice and Conditional Jockeys Licences allow riders aged between 16 and 26 years old, who are in full time paid employment with a UK based Licensed Racehorse Trainer, to ride in flat or jump races against professional jockeys.
