With exceptional conference facilities, a purpose made theatre and several breakout rooms, the British Racing School boasts facilities with a touch of racing history in every room, giving that little extra something for your guests to enjoy.
The friendly and warm welcome creates an atmosphere appropriate for learning, networking and planning.
With plenty of free on-site parking, the British Racing School is easily accessible from both the A14 and A11. Newmarket station is a couple of miles away with regular services to London, Cambridge and Norwich, and the site is within 40 minutes of Stansted airport.
Conference & Events packages at The British Racing School are designed to make planning your event easy.
With a range of options from room hire only (half-day and full-day) to fully catered packages, our flexible approach means your event is bespoke to you.
Our room hire capacities range from 10 people boardroom style in the Hong Kong Room, up to 80 people theatre style in the Moller Lecture Theatre.
Packages start from as little as £33 per delegate (including room hire) and include refreshments and meal options.
Our purpose made lecture theatre has the capacity to seat 80 delegates in theatre-style seating, with the option to arrange this as cabaret or u-shaped seating instead.
The theatre foyer provides the perfect space for registration or sponsor’s table as well as space for refreshments throughout your event.
The Niarchos room is our second largest space and has capacity for 60 people theatre-style.
Positioned along the main corridor, this room is at the heart of BRS and it’s horseracing artwork and decoration lends a little bit of extra atmosphere for your delegates.
The Godolphin Room is positioned next door to the Niarchos room and has a capacity of 30 people, theatre-style. Although smaller than the Niarchos room the adjoining Study offers a perfect break-out room or extra space for refreshments or smaller groups.
Again decorated with horseracing history in sight, this is a really special pair of spaces.
The JRS and Hong Kong rooms are more intimate spaces, perfect for smaller, boardroom-style meetings.
Their proximity to the Moller Lecture Theatre means they are also ideally situated as individual breakout rooms for larger conferences.
Our in-house catering team are on hand to provide delicious culinary accompaniments to your event, and are able to cater for all situations from sit-down meals to sandwich or buffet lunches. The team are able to cater for all dietary requirements as long as these are pre-advised.
