A CHANCE TO THANK THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF SADDLERS
On Monday 18th February we were delighted to attend the Saddlers, Farriers & Loriners Equestrian Charities Forum hosted by the Worshipful Company of Saddlers.
The evening was a chance for all who are supported by the work of the Worshipful Company of Saddlers to come together and showcase what is being achieved as a result or their support. We are lucky to have them support our Flexible Learning Programme (FLP).
The FLP is a two year course offered to 14-16 year olds as a one day release from school to enable them to work towards their Level 2 Diploma in Racehorse Care. There is no fee to attend this course due to the sponsorship of the Worshipful Company of Saddlers.
Rupert Wilks, a current FLP student attended alongside FLP Instructor Jackie Gill, Operations Manager Carol Bramhill and Workplace Coordinator Sarah Hayde-Salter, and they were lucky enough to meet HRH Princes Anne during the evening.
